Pure Elegance.
Sports, perforated 12-way electric memory seats have a firm but comfortable feel, the side perfect bolsters give an extra feeling of security and that you're driving something very special.
All gauges and switches work as they were intended. The R specification convertible comes complete with many key features such as heated front screen, automatic climate control, wood/leather rim multifunction steering wheel, rain sensitive wipers, Jaguar Alpine premium sound system, satellite navigation system, 6-Disc CD autochanger... The list goes on and on, pure luxury and fastidiously kept.
Exterior
'A Unique Appeal' - Finished in factory Phoenix Red Metallic, the paintwork has a brilliant uniformed deep shine throughout. All original panels are perfectly straight, totally rust free and gaps as per it left the factory.
All original lights front and rear are in exceptional order with uniform colour and a silky polished finish. The electric hood operates at the touch of a button swiftly, quietly and smoothly the rear windows glide out of sight, there's no evidence of wear; it retains an even deep black finish as does the Factory supplied black tonneau cover with original Jaguar storage bag.
Exterior features include: Automatic headlights, body coloured boot plinth, high level stop light, Bi-Xenon headlights, electric adjustable and heated folding mirrors, rain sensing wipers with power wash, reverse park control, the complete underside and wheel arches have been completely Lanoguard protected... Simply Wonderful.
Wheels, Tyres & Brakes
Wheels - The optional 20-inch BBS 2-piece Jaguar wheels with polished rims present in excellent order and shod with excellent almost new all matching Pirelli P-Zero tyres, 285/30 20 rear and 255/35 20 front.
Brakes - Brembo brakes, 4-piston with silver painted callipers and Jaguar R Performance logo. New Brembo front brake discs and pads have been fitted just a few hundred miles ago.
Engine & Transmission
'The Balance Of Power' 4.2-litre V8 Supercharged engine, 400 BHP, performs effortlessly whatever the pace, the silky smooth 6-speed automatic gearbox shifts exactly as it should.
Power is usable, linear and smooth, starting from hot or cold is instant. There are no adverse rattles, untoward noises or evidence of fluid leaks.
The engine and engine bay are detailed to show standard and display many of the original factory decals.
Driving this Big Cat is simply a joy with a top speed limited to 155 MPH, 0-60 in 5.3 seconds and extra urban 30.7 mpg... It's a Grand Touring masterpiece.
